Advance Registration Packets can be picked up at the ASHRAE Registration Desk. Your advance meeting registration will be confirmed in writing within 3 weeks of receipt. If you have not received a confirmation, please contact the ASHRAE meetings section. Refund Policy All substitutions, cancellations and refund requests must be in writing and are subject to the following: Full refund requests will be granted through January 4. After January 4 all refunds are subject to a $50.00 processing fee. Registrants who fail to attend or contact ASHRAE prior to the close of business January 4 are liable for the entire fee. All approved refunds will be processed through Atlanta within four weeks after the meeting.
